Pineapple Champagne Punch

A toast to the bubbly side of pineapples

Ingredients:

21/2 cup pineapple juice

I cup of ice

½ cup lemon 

4 tablespoon of sugar

¼ white rum or light rum (depending on desired strength of drink)

Preparations:

Mix pineapple juice, ice cubes or crashed ice in a glass

Add 4 tablespoons of Sugar

Add ½ cup of lemon

Lastly  add ¼ white rum or light rum (depending on desired strength of drink)

Serve while chilled!
